We had Oak Hill remodel a master bath for us…and they ended up saving us when our kitchen project went awry. We would use Oak Hill again for other projects. The biggest factors for us were excellent contractor communication, including on the start date and work schedule (which they met every time), and regular on-site project management.

For the bathroom, we had them demolish a 45+ year old master bath and reconfigure the floorplan to fully enclose all elements of the bathroom and reorient a walk-in closet. Everything came out as expected, and I love the new space. Their options for material vendors were fantastic, and the subcontractors they used (actual licensed electricians and plumbers…way better than other contractors we’ve experienced in the past) did great work on their parts. We plan to have them back for an additional bathroom remodel in the near future.

For the kitchen, we had a separate contractor doing a water damage restoration, but they messed up the reconstruction aspect. Oak Hill looked at the issue, and fit us into their schedule to get the kitchen right for us. They really saved the day on this. And just like in the bathroom, the communication was outstanding and what really set them apart from other contractors we’ve used in the past.

We have recommended Oak Hill to friends and neighbors and would not hesitate to use them again.
